Editing and Deleting Your Journal

After the story is completed, it can still be edited or deleted at any time. Please refer to the detailed description of each function below.

After entering the story viewing page (you can refer to Review Your Story), to edit or delete your story you can click at the top-right corner of your story.

Edit Your Story

After you click , you can either edit or delete your story. Click the Pencil Icon and choose Edit. When you are in editing page, you can edit all three panels or just one of them.

Add New Panel

If you want to add a new panel, there are two options. The first is to go the the bottom of the page. Click +I have a new though to add a new panel.

The second option is to add additional panels by clicking the + sign next to each panel. After clicking the + a pop-up window will appear asking which type of panel you want to add. Choose the one that you prefer. This will change the comic from 3 panels to 4 or more depending on how many additional panels the user chooses to add.

● Event: Explain what happened.

● Feeling: Explain how you felt about it and what your related thoughts and emotions were.

● Action: Choose a strategy and explain why you chose it to help you with the situation.

Delete Panel

Delete panel if you are not satisfied with the content you created.

Edit Panel

If you want to edit the content of your panel, you can click the panel you want to edit, then you can edit the text and the background.

You can edit by clicking each of the panels. Click the up-down arrow beside the panel to adjust the order of your story, the content of each story won't change. Click the up-down arrow beside the panel to adjust the order.

Finish

After you finish editing your story, don't forget to save it before you leave!

Click Save.

Delete Your Story or Draft

If you are not satisfied with the story you created and you want to delete it, click and select Delete. A question will pop-up to confirm that you want to delete it. Select Confirm to proceed or Cancel if you don't want to delete your story.
