Expiration Date Setting

This setting allows you to set or modify the journal expiration date.

Expiration Date Setting

Click the journal you want to modify, click and select Edit this journal. You will see the expiration date settings appear. Adjust as needed and click Modify. See the image below.

Unlimited

If you choose unlimited, then the journal has no expiration date.

Limited Use Period

Considering students’ future end of the semester, class transfer, or graduation, you can set a journal book use period of time. An expired journal book can allow the teacher to review the content of the journal, but the class can no longer write new journals.

After the expiration date, teachers can consider archiving the journal. For more details, please refer to Archived the Journal.
