Notification Setting

Teachers can set whether or not to accept notifications from the system and choose the notification time they prefer.

Click the journal you want to modify, clickand select Edit this journal. You will see the notification setting below.

Notification

There are three types of system notification options. Teachers can set their notification preference.

• When students submit a journal

• When a student's report on emotion is generated

• If the journal content includes pornography, violence, or profanity.

If you want to turn off notifications, you can uncheck the box.

Notification Time

When a student submits a journal, you can select Notify now or other time options, you can select one of the four options. If you don't want to receive any notifications, you can uncheck the box.

Times of notification when a user submits a journal:

• Notify now (whenever a student submits a new journal)

• Everyday at 8:00 morning

• Everyday at 12:00 noon

• Everyday at 17:00 afternoon

• Everyday at 21:00 night

View Notification

When there is a notification, the number beside the small bell in the upper-right corner will be displayed. Click there to see the notifications. Please refer to Picture 2 and Picture 3.
